Training & Workshop Center
A convertible space for modeling workshops, talent development, training programs, orientations, seminars, and workshops.

For portrait photography, studio sessions, pre-birthday shoots, creative photography, content creation, and product photography.

Payment & Development Structure
A Milestone-Based Investment
The ₱200,000 franchise fee is payable upon execution of the JN Franchise Agreement. The ₱1,500,000 branch development investment is paid in three development milestones, each subject to progress verification and JN approval.

Based on applicable gross sales — supports JN campaigns, brand development, digital marketing, and corporate promotions.
Initial franchise term of 5 years, with potential renewal for another 5-year term subject to good standing, compliance, and the final franchise agreement.
